"Fast Track" consulting can be conducted in person at a client's site, or sometimes can be conducted by phone.

The Deliverable is a written Report summarizing the objective, recommendations and associated detail.  A follow-up Phone Call is made with the sponsor of the consulting assignment to review the Report and answer any questions.
